Refund Policy

At Nature Fuel, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Each shipment undergoes two levels of packaging and two rounds of inspection before dispatch to minimize the risk of damage. However, if you encounter any issues, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that meet one of the following criteria:

• Damaged during transit
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect product shipped

To request a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order .

Providing Proof

To validate your claim, we require clear photos and videos of:

• The damaged/incorrect product
• The condition of the package
• The shipping label on the box
• The invoice slip inside the box

Processing Your Return

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will validate your claim. If approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement , depending on availability.
• If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days .

Non-Eligible Returns

• Returns will not be accepted if:
  1. The product has been used
  2. The seal has been broken
  3. The serial number or
  4. packaging has been tampered with
• In such cases, the return request will be rejected, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
